Return Policy

A&E Accessories provides a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed policy.   If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return a portion or all of the items.

If you need to return an item, please email us at sales@aeaccessories.com to get instructions for returning the item.   Please include your order number and the serial numbers of each item being returned.   We would also appreciate a short reason for return in the email.   Orders returned without first contacting A&E Accessories will be refused.   Shipping charges to and from the destination are not refundable or reimbursable under any circumstances.   To process a return, items must be returned with all components, original packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
